You have three options. The quickest is to call us on 01462 701 701. You can also book through our app, which is available for iPhone and Android. If you prefer, use the online booking form on our website. For regular journeys, the app is handy because it saves your favourite addresses.

We cover Letchworth Garden City, Hitchin, Baldock, Royston, and all the surrounding villages including Ashwell, Stotfold, Arlesey, Pirton, Wymondley, Sandon, Weston, Graveley, and everywhere in between. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, give us a call and we will let you know.

We accept cash, card, and contactless payments in all our vehicles. If you book through our app or website, you can pay online when you make your booking. Business customers can also set up an invoiced account.

Yes, and we recommend it for airport transfers, early morning pickups, and any journey where you need to be somewhere at a specific time. You can book as far ahead as you like. For airport pickups, booking in advance means we can track your flight and adjust if needed.

We monitor all incoming flights for customers we are collecting from the airport. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time automatically. There is no extra charge for this and you do not need to call us. Just focus on getting through baggage reclaim and we will be waiting.

Life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible by calling us or through the app. We understand that plans change and we will always try to be reasonable.

Yes. All our airport transfer prices are fixed when you book. The fare we quote is the fare you pay, regardless of traffic conditions or route taken. No surprises when you arrive.

We regularly run transfers to Luton, Stansted, Heathrow, Gatwick, and London City airports. Luton and Stansted are our most popular routes given our location in North Hertfordshire.

We have a range of vehicles from standard saloons for everyday journeys through to larger vehicles for families or groups with luggage. If you have specific requirements, mention them when you book and we will make sure you get a suitable car.

If you have a driver you particularly like, let us know when you book and we will do our best to arrange it. We cannot always guarantee availability, but we will try.

Yes. If your business regularly needs taxis for staff travel, client pickups, or airport runs, we can set you up with an account. You get monthly invoicing, no need for expense claims, and detailed journey records. Call us or email bookings@swift-cars.uk to discuss.

Yes, we can help with regular school transport. For children travelling alone, we are happy to discuss arrangements that work for you and give you peace of mind. All our drivers are DBS checked.

Yes. All our drivers hold the licences required by North Hertfordshire District Council, and have enhanced DBS checks.

If you pay through the app, your receipt is stored automatically in your booking history. For cash or card payments in the car, just ask your driver for a receipt. Business account customers receive itemised invoices.
